Refund Policy

Full refund within 7 days

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of a payment. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

1. Write to help@permittestacademy.com from the email address you used at checkout.
2. Say which payment you want back: the date or the amount on your receipt is enough.

We refund the full amount to the card you paid with. Your bank can take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

When we make the refund, the access that the payment bought ends.

The pass

The pass is one payment. It gives 12 months of access to the full course, so you can study until you pass. It does not renew, and it never charges your card again.

The weekly plan

The weekly plan charges your card each week until you cancel. Cancel at any time on the Account page. After you cancel, the access stays on until the end of the week you paid for.

A refund covers a weekly payment made in the last 7 days.

After 7 days

We do not refund a payment after 7 days, except where the law requires it.
